"I had been trying to sell my late aunt’s house and the process was slow and turgid. Disposing of this property was a ‘big thing’ for me as not only did I sorely need the cash that would be released but also to cut my ties to some very imbalanced and painful energies and memories from the past. After weeks of delay on the part of the buyer we were ready to exchange contracts, only to be told that the buyer was now demanding a £30,000 reduction in the price and as far as I was concerned the deal was off. By the time I arrived for my appointment with him I have to say that in respect of my feelings about myself, I had already recognised the ‘Separation’ drama that I was creating. By the end of the session I felt like we had moved twenty mountains and I was energised, optimistic and grounded.

Less than 24 hours later the Estate Agent called to say that the buyer had backed down subject to a slight reduction in price with regard to work which needed doing to the garage. I had to pinch myself to make sure I wasn’t dreaming. We exchanged contracts next day. And now two weeks later we have completed the sale! Nicolas, I can’t thank you enough."
