If you are in a timezone where you need to get up early in the morning or stay up late into the evening for the training, we recommend taking no-jet-lag tablets to float your body clock, like going on a long-haul flight, so your body adjusts more easily to the early or late start. We also recommend going to bed earlier before each day of the training, and having a nap immediately after each day’s session finishes. Previous students have found this very effective in coping with the time difference.

This training runs online over 2 days, using Zoom Video Conferencing and has a global audience. The days begin at 12:00pm UK time with a technical check to ensure everyone’s zoom video and audio are working so we can start on time at 12:30pm and we close at 8:30pm UK time. We recommend you clear your diary for the duration and for a few days afterwards.
