The Enneagram is a personality typing system made up of 9 unique ways of seeing the world. Although, we are all individuals, we usually identify with one particular type which can help us to understand our blindspots, as well as our gifts and potential.

The origins of the Enneagram is not clearly understood but it was developed by the spiritual teacher, Gurdjieff and brought to the West.

Although we are primarily one Enneagram type, each number connects with certain other numbers (as illustrated in the above image), and therefore, other Enneagram types can either a be a point or stress or relaxation.  It is helpful to understand our primary type, so we can work with this dynamic system to better understand ourselves, as well as our relationships with others.

Enneagram Typing Interview:

You can book a Typing interview to help you search for your Enneagram type.  The interview involves a series of questions with time at the end to reflect on your most likely type(s) and to discuss the strengths and weaknesses of that type.  The interview is not a conclusion, but a starting point is to assist in your exploration of the Enneagram and which type resonates most with you.

Enneagram Workshops

As an Enneagram Teacher, I am able to offer one day Ennegram workshops to help you explore each type within a group, in either a work or personal development setting.  The day consists of a brief tour of each Enneagram type (including video clips), and participants are grouped into panels, according to their type to understand the motivation behind their behaviour and what makes them tick.

Taken ‘The Narrative Tradition’, this method of a group panel, is the optimum way to experience and learn about the Enneagram, as we hear directly from each type what life is like from their perspective, helping us to increase our understanding and improve our relationships with friends, family, partners, children and work colleagues.
