Thank you for your interest and enthusiasm in wanting to share the Soul Contract Reading work through becoming a teacher of it. Resonance with, and enthusiasm about the work at this early stage is not enough to become a really good teacher of the work, so we’ve laid out the steps for you below.

Becoming the Work: A Journey to Mastery

What is required is that you become the work. It’s not about what you know, it’s about becoming it so you can transmit the energy of the 22 numbers and your experience of using them. In order to become a full teacher of this work you need to achieve mastery of it which means preparing and delivering lots of readings to a whole variety of people so you see how it encompasses the full range of the human experience. In this way the experience of all these readings becomes programmed like a database in your energy field so you can draw upon this vast experience in the teaching process. It has taken Nicolas 30 years of delivering readings and trainings to attain the level of teaching he currently delivers. For Antigony, it’s taken over 20 years to get to where she is in her teaching process.

Transmitting the Energy: Beyond Words

Achieving mastery will enable you to fully embody the energies of the 22 numbers so you can transmit it to the bodies of your students, as this is an experiential process, so they become the work as well. Verbally sharing the knowledge is the easy bit. The most challenging part of training people is to hold a strong, safe, emotional container for students so they can receive the 22 frequencies of God and remain stable in the process. Just recall how emotionally intense it was for you in the training and you’ll get some idea of what’s involved.

The Road to Teaching: Stepping Stones to Success

Your journey towards becoming a teacher begins by undertaking the Divine Healing training levels 1-2 in order to commence assisting on the training, and eventually levels 3-4 to become a fully qualified teacher. This is to ensure you have a tool that can dissolve as much of your ego as possible, enabling you to hold the safe, stable, emotional space the students need. You also need to have delivered at least 25 Readings

It’s also important to be aware that as part of the assisting process you’ll also most likely experience the triggering of your own emotional programming in the class. This is why it’s necessary to have Divine Healing as a tool to clear it when it comes up, so you can remain stable, as well as maintain the safe, emotional container for the students.

From Trainee to Teacher: Navigating the Transition

The teacher training process starts off with you coming regularly to assist us on the Soul Contract Level 1 training where you step onto the other side of the teaching curtain and you learn to hold emotional space for the class. This training is held three times a year. It is a completely different experience to actually attending the training as a student. It will enable you to start to learn how the energy dynamics of the training actually work.

Assisting is not the place for you to ask questions during the class as part of your ongoing education, it’s where you’re learning to hold the emotional space and carefully study the teaching process and the student learning dynamic. It is also an opportunity for you to share bite-sized chunks of your own reading preparation and delivery experience as part of the student learning process and the beginning of your teaching journey.

When we feel you are ready you’ll be invited to start teaching a few of the numbers that you feel comfortable with during the training to get your feet into the water as a teacher trainee. Only then, will you start to realise what it’s like to hold space and transmit the work to a whole class as the primary teacher in that section of the training. Over time you’ll be invited to teach more and more numbers during a class to build up your teaching energetic muscles.

The Path to Mastery: A Commitment to Excellence

Eventually you’ll reach a point where you have enough experience, and then we may consider you to become a co-teacher of the work which means you’ll work with the lead teacher and other co-teachers to teach a whole 5 day class.

When we feel you are ready and you have:

completed enough work, consisting of preparation, delivery and follow-up to readings
have enough experience assisting and co-teaching on the trainings
completed Divine Healing levels 1-4

Then we will consider you to be a fully qualified teacher.

True mastery of any body of knowledge requires that you eventually complete 10,000 hours of work. Which in this case consists of preparation, delivery and follow-up to readings, as well as assisting and teacher training on the trainings.

Energising Exchange: Investing in Your Teaching Journey

There is no fee for teacher training and we don’t pay you for assisting on trainings. Your assistance is the energy exchange for us to teach you to be a teacher. You’ll find the value of assisting is that you also receive an even deeper transmission of the work that helps you in your practice and enhances the quality of your readings.

If you are invited to co-teach a full 5 day training you will be paid a proportion of the overall teacher’s share of the revenue (which is 40% of the overall income). The size of this proportion is dependent on how much responsibility you take in the teaching process. For example, the lead teacher will get a greater proportion than the co-teacher(s) because they’re holding more of the energy.

There are opportunities to become co-teachers and eventually lead teachers under the Center for Conscious Ascension umbrella and our aim is to eventually have regional teaching teams for the Americas, Europe and Asia-Pacific. This will enable us to deliver more local timezone-friendly schedules to students.

Our aim would be to deliver Spring, Summer and Autumn trainings each year in each of the three regions.

When you’ve had enough experience under our umbrella then we’re happy to support you, (if you wish), to go out on your own and teach this work under your steam within your own business. We can continue to mentor, support and train you during this process under our licensed teacher programme. The aim here is to maintain a high, consistent standard of training delivery globally under the Soul Contract Reading global brand.

Summary of the steps to becoming a Soul Contract Reading Training teacher

Have completed Soul Contract Reading Trainings Level 1, 2 & 3
Have delivered a minimum of 25 readings.
Be a graduate of Divine Healing Levels 1 & 2 and eventually Levels 3 & 4.
Assist on Soul Contract Reading Training Level 1.
Take the lead on teaching the numbers you are comfortable with (eventually being able to teach all numbers).
Be invited to co teach on a 5 day course.

When we feel you are ready and you have:
